Who am I that our LORD would bleed and die for? I have lied, stolen, hurt, maimed, killed in the mental and physical, and taken His name in vain; that’s who I am. However, the better question to ask is: Who is He that He would suffer and die for such a fool as I?
Over time, I begin to hear His response to the latter question. He is Grace; Grace beyond any grace known or given among men. I am bought, forgiven, redeemed, by His marvelous Grace.
Jesus Christ is Grace; He is Mercy; He is Love!
Yes, our LORD Jesus Christ is Grace!
Today, Grace is being tested. Can it work today? Will Grace survive 2020?
Can Grace stand up in the frightful midst of Covid 19? Will Grace survive in a nation where destruction, violence, racism, and hate, is out of control? Should the God of Grace offer such among people who are hell-bent on destroying all that bears His image?
That is what God’s Grace does. Oh, His Grace will never ignore sin, but He will ever love the sinner; so, He offers Grace.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
See it? Right there! God’s Grace offered! You would be an eternal fool to not accept His undeserved Grace!
