“What are you dreaming about?” asked Dr. Stanley.

Brian Holland told him that he wanted to start a church for hurt and broken people, but he was afraid.

“Don’t you know that God will take responsibility for all of the consequences of a heart that is fully devoted to Him?” Dr. Stanley responded.

Brian always remembered that conversation. So, when the coronavirus pandemic began and others started to hoard, he decided to become generous—and trust God with the consequences.

Here’s how Brian applied Dr. Stanley’s biblical advice to his life

IN THE PALM OF HIS MIGHTY HAND

When the storm comes

The Father asks us to walk with Him by faith. But we might be tempted to doubt Him when we face a storm beyond our strength to endure and don’t know what to do.

Dr. Stanley assures us that we can proceed in complete dependence on God’s love, power, wisdom, and provision when we feel helpless in life.

Conquer the fear: “I’m so powerless. I have no idea about what to do.”

THIS WEEK FROM DR. STANLEY

Obedience brings blessings

Watch as Dr. Stanley uses examples from both Noah’s story and his own life to help you learn how to trust and listen to the Lord.
