Speak To Hurricane Laura…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was remembering hurricane Andrew and my sister Jen recently. She just had surgery when the hurricane hit. Although she was safe after a few days, one night I felt the Holy Spirit tell me she was in trouble and we prepared a plan to help her. Praise God he shows us things that we need to know by the power of his Holy Spirit.

Today, let’s join faith and pray together and speak to hurricane Laura.

Father, you tell us to speak to the storm. We speak to hurricane Laura and say go out to sea. We pray a hedge of protection over the homes, the people and their possessions.

Father, we keep our eyes looking to the hills from where our help cometh. (Psalm 121) We pray safety for the people. Father, whatever they have need of, thank you for providing.

Father, we pray no more loss of life because of this hurricane. Father, turn the tide. Father, creator of both heaven and earth. You founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. (Psalm 24:2) Founder, show yourself strong today. We speak to the wind this morning and say be still.

Father, you give us authority and this morning we join faith and speak to storm Laura. You have come this far, but you will go no further, in the most powerful name, the name of Jesus Christ in which the winds must obey. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Speak to any storm that arises in your life. You have authority in Jesus.

And there arose a fierce gale of wind, and the waves were breaking over the boat so much that the boat was already filling up. Jesus Himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they woke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” And He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still.” And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm. And He said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?” They became very much afraid and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him? (Mark 4:37-40)
