The Woman In White…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. As I sat this morning thinking about the spotless bride, I am reminded once again of the precious blood of Jesus Christ. When we accept Jesus into our lives, he cleanses us and makes our sin as white as snow. He puts on us his robe of righteousness. Praise his Holy name.

He tells us there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1) Putting the past in the past and moving on. He gives us a new beginning.

I have had the privilege both as a caring person and a chaplain to walk with women that have had less than spotless lives. I too didn’t have the fairy tale past. Our brokenness can bring us to Jesus or to a deeper walk with him. Several of these precious women never felt worthy to wear a white dress or wear the beautiful crown. Abortion, rape, molestation, divorce, abuse and the list seems endless, had left it’s mark on her. Many women try to hide the many scars that eventually come seeping out from within. She is in need of touching the hem of his garment.

Today, let’s pray for the women around this globe. Let’s bring them to the healing waters of Jesus Christ. They can be free in him. They can put the crown back on their head and declare to the world they are enough. Arise Woman! You Are Worthy… Amen? Amen.

Let’s Pray:

Father, who or what can ever separate us from your love? Romans 8:38 tells us nothing can separate us from your love. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers.

Father, today we pray for every woman across this globe that has suffered loss and is dealing with shame, regret, pain, etc. We bring her to the healing waters and we ask you to put her new garment on. We remove her grave clothes today and thank you for her beauty for ashes moment. Thank you for putting her new robe of righteousness on. May her first dance always be with her Heavenly Father. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. John 8:36

Ashes No More…
Jesus, Lover of My Soul, Creator of my image, Lifter of my head
My name is Beautiful.
Woman, pure holy undefiled. Sanctified, set apart, Journeying with Jesus.
A path narrow and straight, Ashes no more.
Trusting her master-her maker, The lover of her soul.
Skipping on the journey with childlike faith, Believing her Father knows what’s best.
The morning dew, the night’s crisp air, Reminds her of the kisses from above.
Jesus, the ultimate man, The lover of her soul.
Beautiful, a receiver of His glory, Ashes No More.
