What Do You Say, Oh God?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Has anyone ever spoken a word to you that changed your life. Maybe it was the word from a friend that ended a lasting friendship. One word from a spouse can change things. It all depends on who the word is from. One word from a doctor can put you on a different course than you were on yesterday.
One Word from God can change everything. Today, let’s thank him for the power of his Word. Let’s ask him to highlight his Word to us as we journey our day with him. Let’s thank him for the Holy Spirit that will guide us, teach us all things. Amen? Amen.
Father, thank you for the powerful Word of God. Speak to us today as only you can. One Word from you changes things. Your Word is powerful, your Word is alive and active. (Hebrews 4:12) Your Word doesn’t return void. (Isaiah 55:11) Oh, the power of the Word.
Father, highlight your Word to us. Show us great and mighty things today. (Jeremiah 33:3) Your Word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. (Psalm 119:105) Thank you for ordering our footsteps today.
Father, may your Word empower us to make a difference in the world around us. Amen
