The Double Double Blessing…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. It’s harvest time in the natural and also in the spiritual. Can you believe? I love all the different colors of the leaves as they change in fall, every one unique, not two identical. It’s like our lives, we are all created in the image of God, but come with different gifts, talents and purpose.
As I was looking through my prayer journal this morning from 2003. I penned these words. Double- Double speak it and decree it. Call those things forth as if they are. The year 2020 sure looks like double double in my eyes.
Let’s call forth the harvest together beautiful people. Since it’s all about God and he gets the glory for everything we do. As long as people are in the kingdom of God, journeying life with Jesus, that’s all we should be concerned about. Amen? When was the last time you asked God for the harvest, the harvest of souls? Let’s join faith and let’s pray together this morning thanking him for the great harvest.
Father, we come before you with praise this morning and every morning. You are so worthy. Thank you for journeying the day with us. Thank you for divine appointments and destiny moments. Just as the mountains surround Jerusalem you surround your people. Thank you for the harvest. The harvest of souls into the kingdom of God. In Acts 2 Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common; and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.
Father, thank you for pouring out your spirit. Add to the numbers every day, oh God. Your heart is that none would perish and your heart is our heart. (John 3:16) We stand in the gap this morning for every person around this globe that their eyes are veiled by the god of this age. We join faith and pray that the scales are falling off as we intercede for them this morning.
We declare and decree the double double blessing. You gave Job back double and you are no respecter of person. We declare the God of harvest is returning back to us double. Amen
