This is just plain wrong……just wrong…..It seems that Governor Lujan Grisham and House Speaker Egolf, pictured above, have way, way too much control over New Mexico. Self appointed King and Queen I guess. I was shocked when I read the headline, but then I remembered it is 2020. Yesterday the Governor during her COVID update said we all are to wear a mask in our own homes and not have contact with non household members. How is that possible?????? I am sorry, but this just is not fair! My spirit is so disturbed by these statements. When I see people wearing a mask in their car….it makes me very sad….so much fear! I wear a mask when required. Remember Egolf is the one that put a stop to Pastors praying at the start of each day of the legislative session!!! What has and is being created here in New Mexico is very, very sad. We are in very bad shape in so many ways. The state is crumbling….brick by brick….from aborting of God’s babies to freedoms being taken away. The state is starving for true leaders of God’s people. There are some, but they are few. The Bible teaches us to bear fruit. Where is the fruit? I see a lot of babies being murdered through abortion, suicides, murders, boarded up businesses, unemployment, depressed people, drug addiction, alcoholism, kids not in school, not allowed to play sports, Churches not allowed to fully open, parched land and dying trees in New Mexico. One of the ways I vet folks is by the fruit they are producing for the Kingdom of God. Who is going to STAND UP for the everyday, average Joe and Jane, like you and me? Enough of the high school pep rallies, WHERE IS THE SALT PEOPLE???? SHOW ME YOUR FRUI BASKET!!!!
Stop preaching to your choir so much! Reach the lost for Jesus! Fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION PASTORS AND CHURCH! IT IS NOT A SUGGESTION, IT IS A COMMAND FROM OUR LORD! MANY IN THE CHURCH HAVE FORGOTTEN THE GREAT COMMISSION.
Let me be very clear….I am not a Democrat or Republican, I am an Independent, I vet the candidates by God’s Word. I am disappointed in both parties, they have had more than enough time to help us ‘the people’ build a better state. We are coming off 8 years with a Republican Governor who exhibited bad behavior, promises broken, like telling me on my radio news program that she would end abortion, calling off the Santa Fe Police from her rowdy pizza party at a Santa Fe Hotel, leaving the state with thousands and thousands of pay outs to people who were treated bad during her administration, what did happen to the former State Police Chief? It is not a party issue, it is an issue of electing people that have Biblical principles……Both parties have failed New Mexico miserably! It seems to me, New Mexico needs a strong third party. Read more of my comments further down in this post. We need a Ross Perot ‘type’ to come here and shake things up!

Why are so many Christians still reluctant to engage in the political process?
From Yesterday:
Despite the fact that the U.S. is experiencing an uptick in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, new unemployment claims decreased week-over-week on October 26, and were 89% below the peak during the COVID-19 pandemic. To help add some context to these statistics, WalletHub just released updated rankings for the States Whose Weekly Unemployment Claims Are Recovering the Quickest, along with accompanying videos and audio files.
To identify which states’ workforces are experiencing the quickest recovery from COVID-19, WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across three metrics based on changes in unemployment claims. Below, you can see highlights from the report, along with a WalletHub Q&A. To see the states most recovered since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, click here.

WalletHub Q&A
What does the current election status mean for unemployment?
“The fact that the election is not yet resolved adds to the uncertainty already felt by unemployed people, as it further delays talks of a second stimulus,” said Jill Gonzalez, WalletHub analyst. “If we had a clear picture of who has won the presidency and Congress, it would be easier to predict whether unemployed Americans are likely to get relief before or after inauguration day. In addition to giving us a better idea of when another stimulus will come, clear election results would help us forecast how much bargaining power each party has in determining the size of said stimulus.”
Should the government step in to help industries like movie theaters avoid going bankrupt?
“The government should take actions to prevent highly-impacted industries such as movie theaters from going bankrupt. Government restrictions on capacity, though essential for safety, have caused many places to become unprofitable. We should protect businesses against bankruptcy to prevent another rise in unemployment,” said Jill Gonzalez, WalletHub analyst. “In order to receive assistance, companies and landlords in danger of bankruptcy should also be willing to share in the cost. The government can’t be solely responsible for bailing everyone out.”
If a coronavirus vaccine is distributed before the end of the year, how could that impact unemployment?
“If a coronavirus vaccine becomes available before the end of the year, that’s great news for unemployment. If most people are vaccinated against COVID-19, the transmission risk will be minimized and we will finally be able to achieve a full reopening. Business revenue will increase, and as a result, businesses will have a greater ability to hire,” said Jill Gonzalez, WalletHub analyst. “Even though it would be great to have a vaccine this year, it’s important to make sure that clinical trials are not rushed so that the final product has the best efficacy possible. We may also face an uphill battle getting people vaccinated, as recent surveys suggest as much as a third of the population would refuse the vaccine.”
How do red states and blue states compare when it comes to recovery?
“With an average rank of 24 among the most recovered states, red states had a better recovery from unemployment claims last week than blue states, which rank 29 on average,” said Jill Gonzalez, WalletHub analyst. “The lower the number of the ranking, the bigger the state’s recovery was.”
How has unemployment in Texas – the state with the most COVID-19 cases – recovered?
“Texas’ unemployment claims have experienced the 23rd slowest recovery in the U.S. For the week of October 26, Texas had 36,200 new unemployment claims, an 89% decrease from the peak during the coronavirus pandemic,” said Jill Gonzalez, WalletHub analyst.

BREAKS MY HEART! Colorado Voters Reject Late-Term Abortion Ban and New Mexico GOP Needs New Leadership!
I am very sadden by this news in Colorado. Here in New Mexico the Governor will be pushing her abortion agenda big time in the 2021 session. I was sharing with a few friends of late that if the New Mexico GOP does not get busy, NOW!, and get behind a great candidate for governor, NOW!, they will lose again. These are unusual, very ugly times, calling for a different game plan. New Mexico turned blue for Biden, SHOULD THAT NOT ALARM THE NM GOP? WEAK LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION! WHAT A MESS! So many GOP folks in New Mexico that I talk to are disgusted with the leadership and direction of the party. Also this: Democrats have expanded their control of the New Mexico Legislature, giving momentum to progressive priorities on marijuana, education and abortion. Democrats successfully defended legislative majorities in the state House and Senate. It is very evident that the NM GOP leadership has under estimated the Dems, if the GOP does not get with it Lujan Grisham will win another term. I am not a man of politics, but I do my best to be a man of God, a simple man that seeks the Lord every Morning to listen and learn. This post is another reason I am not a popular man with the world of politics and the ‘elite’ here in New Mexico. Too many high school pep rallies for me! That is great with me for sure! WHERE IS THE SALT?????? Too many in America are listening to the “nothing noise” of the world, and not God.
Francis Shaeffer said, “Every abortion clinic should have a sign in front of it saying, “Open by the permission of the church.”
I wanted to share this impactful quote by Francis Shaeffer. If you are not familiar with his works click here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francis_Schaeffer
The dysfunction in America has been going on for years………
More proof in the pudding…….From Dr. Jim Denison this morning at FGGAM: The CDC reports that 39.6 percent of all births in the US are to unmarried women; this percentage is ten times higher than it was in 1940. Pew reports that 25 percent of parents living with a child in the US are unmarried; that number was 7 percent in 1968. These trends matter because, as Pew notes, it’s “well-established that married parents are typically better off financially than unmarried parents.”
All that is a disaster for what we used to call the ‘family unit.’ Satan is havinmg his way with many in America.
