Looks Like We Made It…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. My first thoughts this morning when my eyes opened on this last day of the year was this; looks like I made it. I chuckle even to myself. Another year with lot’s of challenges, world chaos, political unrest, covid-19 and the list continues. Yes, we made it.
I have never been so sure of anything in my whole life as I am today. Our lives were predestined before the beginning of time. I like to read the book of Jeremiah in my Bible over and over again. He knew us before time ever began. He had a plan and a purpose for every one of us. It’s pretty simple. Our lives are in his hands.
Let’s pray:
Father, thank you that the greatest gift we can give, is to love your people. It doesn’t mean we agree or believe the same as they do, it just means we are representing the love of Christ, to a world that desperately needs it.
Father, today we will choose to end the year well. We will forgive folks that have done us wrong. We will extend mercy and grace, just like you did for us.
Father, thank you for bringing us through another year. All of the challenges in the world could never seperate us from the love and tender care you give to us, each and every day.
Father, thanks! Looks like we made it.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. You are loved with an everlasting love. (Jeremiah 31:3)
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
