I have been praying about writing my own tribute and thanks to Vice President Pence. Mike Pence stepped up when all hell broke loose, the President did not. Oh my, many of my friends will be upset about this post, I will lose some friends but they are not true friends. When all hell was breaking lose and I started to have chest pains while I was watching these demonic forces attack our Capitol, I was waiting like everyone for the Calvary to arrive to help the Capitol Police……………I waited and waited like everybody else. Pence got on the phone and started to make things happen while the President did nothing until later on. Pence also did not cower to the President and did not go against the Constitution in the counting of the Electoral College votes. Pence is a true man of God. He stands strong for what is godly. Now the President from what I have been told is not even talking to Pence. Pence’s loyalty is to God and Country, as it should be. I remember when Trump named Pence his running mate and my friend the late Ed Moore owner of WFRN Christian Radio in South Bend/Elkhart, Indiana said, “I did not want Pence to get the VP job, we need him here in Indiana.” Pence would in my mind make a great President! He has godly guts!
Pence rises to the occasion, to truly save America
From my Pastor Freind Steve Daggett of the Cavalier Baptist Church in Cavalier, North Dakota, whose from my hometown, Windom, Minnesota: Many evangelicals in my circle have given our president a pass for the last four years: smirking, winking, chuckling, at his outrageous statements, even when we sensed those words were misleading and self-serving at best. But now we are witnessing what happens when good people, whether in Washington or in our pews, remain silent. Words have consequences. Lies have consequences. Passivity has consequences.
Satan is having his way with so very many. They all will be held accountable by God Almighty for their actions. Many of you already know that I am neither a Republican or Democrat. I am an Independent man for God. Evil is Evil, I will call it out at all times when God shows me. Politics is the playground of Satan which I have repeated like I am a school teacher trying to get a point across to the ugly behavior of politicians and many America citizens. Yesterday I called the FBI about a tip on violence and they are so backed up in calls………so many are reporting on the invasion at the Capitol and plans for further violence. You can also report your tips on the FBI’s website. THANK GOD FOR OUR FBI AND ALL WHO SEREVE GOD’S PEOPLE!!!! PRAY FOR THEM!

Satan is having his way with many in America, so many are off the track and blinded by Satan, walking in such mud and darkness, many do not even know it!
Why is the World full of evil?
“So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts” Eph 4: 17, 18.
The Scriptures call the mind of the natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim. 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs its thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the road of hopelessness and self-destruction.

As I watched the unfolding events in Washington DC last Wednesday, a question came to me that probably came to many of you. “What is happening to our country?”
What is happening that a violent mob of insurrectionists, seditionists, and yes, domestic terrorists would storm one of the most cherished institutions of our democracy . . . encouraged by a political ideology? Shameful.
And what has happened that violent mobs of insurrectionists, seditionists and yes, domestic terrorists last summer burned, looted and destroyed parts of many of our great cities, encouraged by other political ideologies? Shameful.
I am deeply, deeply saddened, ashamed and grieved for America, this land that I love.
What has happened? This has happened: America has turned away from God.
Instead, America has turned to worshipping idols of political ideologies. And America has turned to worshipping idols of anger, hatred, selfishness and pride.
I fear that God has turned His back on our country. I grieve for America.
2 Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
We must pray. If we want our nation healed, this earthly kingdom that is still a shining example of democracy, then we must pray.
Seek the face of God. Get on your knees, humble yourselves and pray. Pray a prayer of repentance, turn away from your wicked ways of pride and selfishness. Turn away from your sins of anger and hatred. Turn from your wicked ways. Repent sinner!
Seek the face of God and humbly pray for America, this land we love. Pray for its leaders, that they would humble themselves and seek God’s face. That they will begin again to see that by putting God’s Kingdom first, He will forgive their sin and heal this land.
Pray for God to heal this country, and to once again turn His face toward it and bless its democratic ideals of freedom, justice and fairness for all.
Pray for God’s love to overcome hatred. Pray for God’s peace and justice to fill this land once again. Pray for the hope that God promises each of us, and yes our land, as we turn back to Him. Pray.
I humble myself before God and repent of my sins. And I offer this prayer for our nation entitled God, We Need You, by Rebecca Barlow Jordan:
As a nation, God, help us to desire righteousness more than rights, and to mirror sacrifice more than selfishness. You know us well, and You understand our flaws. Turn those weaknesses into strengths; bathe us with Your grace and mercy, though none of us deserve it. Fill us with the boldness to choose the kind of freedom that will benefit all, rather than a few. Open our eyes to see others as You do—with godly potential and value. But help us, too, to recognize our own pride in trying to elevate ourselves and others above You and Your purpose for our lives.
We need, You, God. Oh, how we need You! You have exercised nothing but faithfulness and fairness in Your treatment of our country, even when we’ve turned our back on You and forgotten Your goodness to us. Your discipline at times is hard, but You are just. Your purpose is always to draw us close to You, to bless us, and to make us a great nation who honors You. You are a good, good, Father—and Your love for us has a proven track record. Amen

A Call to Repentance By Charles Stanley
Repentance is a concept that isn’t talked about enough in some churches today. Yet it was a key point in what Jesus preached and something He specifically instructed the church to proclaim everywhere (Matt. 4:17; Luke 24:47).
Repentance is prompted by the Holy Spirit: He brings conviction concerning sin so that we’re encouraged to depend on Jesus’ righteousness. When we commit to repent—that is, to turn from sin and toward God—the Spirit supplies the power for us to do so. He transforms the inner person and gives new desires for holiness and obedience.
While salvation involves an understanding of sin and a choice to repent, some people mistakenly think they themselves must clean up their life before coming to Christ. But that is actually impossible. No one can make himself righteous apart from the work of the Holy Spirit—only God can give a clean heart, holy desires, and a transformed mind.
For unbelievers, that false assumption can seem an insurmountable obstacle to salvation. That’s why God’s children must know the truth about repentance and share it, clearing the way for lost souls to trust Christ as Savior.

As our Country fell further into the pit of hell this past week, we must realize this fall has been happening for many years. The Church has lost its influence on much of America. Many Christians replaced God with politics and the a lot of the Church fell in love with politics, not taking a Biblical Worldview. Church attendance continues to decline in America in these pandemic days and with government health orders. Too many Pastors put the salt on the shelf and replaced it with the candy dish. America has a Spiritual Problem, Americans are so foolish in saying, “God Bless America” its almost an insult to God…He has blessed us more than any Country in the history of His creation!!, but many have turned their backs on Him. I have said this for years and years, “America!!!!! BLESS GOD!!!!
A lot of Americans have become so very foolish in think there is no wrath of God!!! Only fools think that we are not experiencing the wrath of God for killing His babies! I was thinking this morning , why would God even bless us anymore?
It is horrific that I see many do not even mention that lives were lost on this attacks by those thugs, evil people…..filled with Demons….hell on earth and we make it a political issue??? Politics, politicians do nothing for the people. Politics is killing America. America!!! You got to big for your own britches and left God and fell in love with your politics, money, possessions, greed …..EGO!!! Edging God Out!!! That is what America has done….a deep price is being paid.
Every Pastor, Church leader….EVERY CHRISTIAN has got to look in the mirror…are you really who God created you to be? Are you really doing what God intended you to do for Him? Are you to comfortable in your world?
I have come to comfort the inflicted and inflict the comfortable.
