On Thursday, Feb. 4, House Republican Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.), Congressman Jody Hice (R-Ga.), and Republican Conference Vice Chairman Mike Johnson (R-La.) reintroduced the Free Speech Fairness Act (FSFA) to the 117th Congress. The language in this bill is exactly the same as the language that was used when this bill was introduced to the 116th Congress on Feb. 4, 2019.
