Strength For Each And Every Day… Angel’s Prayer Of The Day

Strength For Each And Every Day…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was thinking about my sister Jen this morning. As a young girl I remember her singing this old song, One Day At A Time as she sat in the front row of that small country church. Her legs that wouldn’t bend extended on a chair in front of her. I never really understood the strength she needed for her days. She had a rare bone disease and used crutches to mobilize herself around. I didn’t understand until much later in my life how much courage and strength it took for her to just journey the day. She did it and she did it well. She was happy to live life and she lived it to it’s fullest. When I think of her, I tell myself you have a lot to be thankful for with no reason to complain.

This morning as I sit in the presence of God to pray, I prayed strength for the day. I prayed strength for the readers I know that are going through tough circumstances. Many folks around this globe are going through health issues, family issues, and there is so much as God’s people we walk through. Where does our help cometh? Our help cometh from the Lord. (Psalm 121:1)

Today, let’ s thank Him for the strength for the day. Let’s thank him for his Word.  Deuteronomy 33:25 tells us As our days, so shall our strength be.

Let’s Pray:

Father, we thank you for the strength for each and every day. As we look to you, oh God, you provide the strength, the courage we all need for the journey we are on. Your Word tells us in Psalm 29:11 The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.

Father, whatever may come our way today and every day, you are the provider of strength and peace. Our eyes are continually looking to the hills from whence our help cometh (Psalm 121:1). Thank you for strengthening us today. Amen.

Have a blessed day beautiful God’s beautiful people. Stand strong in Christ. He will see you through each and every day.
