NM Gov. Lujan Grisham: “Legalized adult-use cannabis is going to change the way we think about New Mexico”

I am still shaking my head at the quote by the governor. Do POT HEADS THINK???? They will drive and injure or kill others just like drunk drivers. Law Enforcement is already overwhelmed with violent crime in New Mexico. One of my friends from Minnesota said yesterday, “I am losing hope in Minnesota.” I wonder the same for New Mexico and all of America! My hope is in JESUS! America will never be what it was….the question is what is the new America going to look like in just a year?

Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. 1 Corinthians 4:2

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Isaiah 5:20

From Charles Stanley:

Consequences of Ignoring God

2 Chronicles 33:1-20

People all around us are disregarding God’s offer of salvation through faith in His Son. If we look at their lives, it may not seem that they’re facing any divine judgment, but we must remember that repercussions don’t always follow immediately. Ignoring the Lord is rebellion and idolatry in His eyes, and unless the offender turns to Him in humble repentance and faith, consequences will come.

King Manasseh of Judah stands as an example of what can happen when someone ignores God. Despite the example of his godly father Hezekiah, Manasseh abandoned the Lord and led his people into idolatry. He was deaf to God’s voice and carried on with this evil for quite a while. But in time God finally got his attention through a painful situation involving the Assyrian military. Humbled, Manasseh repented and began obeying the Lord instead of ignoring Him.

Are you sensitive to God’s voice, or does He have to bring hardship and suffering into your life to get your attention? Disregarding Him is a serious matter, but God is merciful and responds to the cries of a truly repentant heart.

The Governor is all happy about her pot bill passing as the states suffers greatly. Governor Lujan Grisham’s priorities are all out of wack, horrible. The state is overrun with gangs, drug trafficking, drug addiction, alcoholism, (Now a new law allows booze to be delivered to homes, is New Mexico trying to commit suicide as a state?) murder, suicide,(the legislature voted in assisted suicide, there is such a dark cloud of death over New Mexico.) ABORTION! child poverty, etc….the list is long and bad! I have not heard a word from the governor on the severe drought we are in and it is getting worse. I have posted many stories about the drought to raise awareness. This is very bad news for all of the west.

This headline from the ABQ Journal:

Data paints bleak picture of NM

The Albuquerque Journal is reporting: New Mexico the highest percentage in the country of people receiving benefits from Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program, or CHIP, the highest percentage of seniors ages 65 and older living in poverty, and the second-highest rate of overall poverty, suicide and food insecurity among children.

Pastor posts this month on the drought:

Pastor Tony Evans says, “Spiritual dryness comes when we overextend ourselves and don’t take time to be alone with the Lord. Sin is another reason we feel dry and distant from God.”

I call what we are in a ‘SPIRITUAL DROUGHT’ in New Mexico and all of America. Our sins have more than caught up with us. Sodom and Gomorrah comes to mind.

Aborting God’s babies, rape, sexual addictions, phonography, so called men of God raping children, murder, drug addiction, now pot, assisted suicide, the list is getting longer. Only fools do not beleive in the wrath of God, ramifications for evil behavior. The New Mexico Legislature just passed a bill so you can get booze delivered to your home! Feeding addiction! How very stupid!

“God’s wrath is his love in action against sin.” The Wrath of God explained

When I look at the U.S. Drought Monitor, my heart sinks. Many of you know that I am a gardener. I see trees and shrubs dying all over the Albuquerque area. I am watering our trees and shrubs twice weekly right now, deep watering. Please water your trees and shrubs we need them, they are a vital part of our environment. The problem in Albuquerque is that so much vegetation is surrounded by rock and pavement. During the summer it cooks them. Zero landscape kind’a went overboard here. This week we had a dust storm, from our house it looked like a blizzard of dust in the Sandias. We already have had two fires in the Bosque NM FIRE INFO. Sadly, with all the problems Albuquerque and the state of New Mexico has, I do not think the drought is getting the attention in needs. At our local city park, the roots of all the trees are coming up out of the ground because of the drought. The ranchers in Catron County and many other places in New Mexico need rain very badly. I make a call every year, many times, for TEAM JESUS to pray for rain!

New Mexico, like all of America, is suffering from a SPIRITUAL DROUGHT!

Tony Evans explains it this way…….

Overcoming Spiritual Dryness

He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” And I answered, “O Lord God, You know.”
– Ezekiel 37:3

Spiritual dryness comes when we overextend ourselves and don’t take time to be alone with the Lord. Sin is another reason we feel dry and distant from God. The nation of Judah struggled with both of these problems. They were too busy, and they began to worship pagan gods, knowing all along that the Lord had told them, “You shall have no other gods before Me” (Deuteronomy 5:7). Yet they ignored His command and suffered for it.
