Be Award Winning Today…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently, I had an amazing story shared with me and I wanted to share it with all of you.
A young lady was graduating high school and she was asked about someone who made the greatest impact on her life. She penned about her fourth grade teacher, Lisa McAloon from Smith School in New Britian, Ct.
Her writing told of how the year started like every other year and she made new friends, but then things took a turn for the worse. She had been in and out of the hospital as they tried to discover the mystery of her illness.
She continued to tell us in her writing about the struggles of school, illness and her distress. Her teacher seemed to just know and nothing had to be said. She would sit down and help me with my schoolwork, the student wrote, and I felt she genuinely cared about my well-being.
This now high school graduate went on to pen about the confidence she now has that was instilled in her from this inspirational, award winning teacher. Her future plans now included becoming a teacher, so she could be there to help students that may need her, as she had needed Mrs. McAloon.

Father, thank you for all the teachers around the world today. Strengthen them as only the good Father can, we pray.
Father, thank you for teachers like Mrs. McAloon that goes the extra mile to show they really care. Bless them God with every blessing from above.
Father, make us all award winning in our jobs, homes, and everything we put our hands too, for your glory alone. Amen.
