God Hears Our Prayers
Psalm 4:1 Answer me when I call to you , give me relief from my distress be merciful to me and hear my prayer.
Here we see David unable to sleep, as events flooded his mind, he could not find rest. He did not feel that God heard him or answered his prayer.
Many times we experience the same things that David did. In our minds we focus on our problems over and over not having any confidence in God and not trusting in him through every situation that we face.
David was reminded that the Lord had set apart the faithful for himself (Psalm 4:3
Your situation might not seems to change but if you believe ,The Lord hears you when you call on him.
Psalm 17:6 I call on you, O God for you will answer me, give ear to me and hear my prayer.
So it is during those times when we need not to worry but to trust God fully he is our problem solver.
Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast because he trusts in you.
This is the peace that God promised us for all who call to him. Your situations may not seem to change but you can trust God and rest in him through the waiting.
Psalm 40:1-3 I waited patiently for the Lord he turned to me and heard my cry , he lifted me out of the slimy pit out of the mud and mire he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand , He put a new song in my mouth a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord .
Isaiah 30:18 Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you , he rises to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice ,Blessed are all who wait for him.
Psalm 37:4-6
Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
God wants you to trust him , hold on to your peace. There is always a waiting period but just know that God has compassion toward you and when you commit all to him he will give you your hearts desire and you will see his glory revealed.
So I encourage you today that whatever you may be going through God knows
Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are my ways your ways, declares the Lord
Psalm 32:6 Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you while you may be found, surely when the mighty waters rise they will not reach him. 7 You are my hiding place you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance
Psalm 9:10 Those who know your name will trust in you , for you , Lord have never forsaken those who seek you .
Father, I thank you for hearing our prayers, thank you for your peace, your love, your compassion. Your word declares Mark 11:Therefore I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer believe that you have received it, and it will be your. I receive in Jesus name, Amen
