Does God Really Make All Things New?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Every day is a new day beginning. God promises to make all things new in our lives as we journey life with him. Recently, I felt him ask me to make some changes to a ministry project I was working on. It will have a new look. Things evolve and there are new beginnings, changes of seasons, times, and the way we do things. Time for newness.
In the book of Isaiah 43:18-21 it says this: Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. The wild animals honor me, the jackals and the owls, because I provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give drink to my people, my chosen, the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.
Today, let’s ask God himself to help us embrace the new and forget the old. No matter what it looks likes, God tells us because of his great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is his faithfulness. I say to myself, The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him. (Lamentations 3:22-24) Amen? Amen.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for a new day. Thank you for new beginnings. Father, we release the past, out with the old and in with the new. Show us the way we should take. Make every crooked way straight, we pray. Highlight our path today, as we journey this beautiful new day with you.
Father, thank you for your love, your favour and your goodness.
Father, thank you that every day is a fresh start, a new beginning. Yesterday is gone, never to be lived again. May we enjoy our day, as we put our trust in you. Thank you for divine appointments and destiny moments. Amen.
