Who Is Coming Through Your Door Today?

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Today many folks will get all dressed up and attend services all across this globe. This morning there will be some folks that would desire to go, but they don’t have any fancy clothes. Some would like to know what goes on inside those four walls called the building of church, but they don’t feel worthy. Would you welcome them in today?

I have a friend that received Christ outside of a church building, but desired to find a place to learn more about what following Christ was all about. When a woman approached her that Sunday morning, the Sunday morning she got the courage up, to walk in the door of a place she didn’t know anything about. A woman approached her and said I am called to hug the unloveable and proceeded to give my friend a hugDon’t laugh, this is a true  story.

The woman had been struggling with drugs and had overcome so many obstacles in her life before she even got the courage up to go to the building called church. The many years of abuse, the many years of feeling unworthy all came rushing back, but my friend could only laugh.  She knew right then that wasn’t where God was calling her to be. She soon found a church family that took her in, taught her the Word, poured into her life in every way possible. Today, she is a mighty, mighty woman of God.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for your love, mercy and grace. Thank you for healing all the broken places in peoples lives across this globe. Life is fragile and there is not a one that doesn’t meet up with some kind of brokenness in their lifetime.

Father, we know that we are saved by grace through faith. May we never forget it. You are an amazing God and you are so worthy of all our praise. Your heart is a big heart of compassion full of love and mercy. Your heart is that no one will perish.

Father, for all the people that feel unloveable today, send them a hug, Jesus style. Lead them to a church family that will take them in and teach them the word of God and pour into their lives and turn them into mighty men and mighty women of God, we pray.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Never forget about grace. Never forget where you came from.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9

Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it. Hebrews 13:2
