UPDATE: Will the Corruption in New Mexico Government ever come to an end? After moving here in 1995 and meeting Hall-of-Fame Broadcaster Frank Haley at KOB AM where he anchored the news for years, he said to me, “Welcome to the land of corruption.” Will New Mexico ever have a GOOD GOVERNOR? Hasn’t happened since I have lived here! Something is greatly wrong here, it is spiritual. Once again I thank John Block for reporting on this story and I know he will follow it all the way. We have way to much corruption in New Mexico, Albuquerque Public Schools, Rio Aribia County, Las Vegas, NM, and on and on we go……Corruption in the Albuquerque Mayoral race by the Sheriff!!!! Why does not the County Commissioners sensor the Sheriff??????? Your hopeless New Mexico unless you end this corruption that keeps growing…I do not know where this case against Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham is going to go….but you must learn to FOLLOW THE MONEY! All these stinking messes are an awful example to our Children! How can we expect our children to respect public officials? Proverbs 11:14 Without wise leadership, a nation falls; there is safety in having many advisers. 1 Cor. 4:2: Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. From Adrian Rogers: A Christian with a testimony is never at the mercy of an unbeliever with an argument!
I just had a chat with John Block on Facebook messenger. I thanked him or his reporting. This is such a very, very bad sign of all the continued corruption in our state. It makes me sick to my stomach!
John Block Reports:
On Monday, Zach DeGriego, the former Chief Financial Officer of Spaceport America from December 21, 2015, to June 21, 2020, announced he had filed a civil complaint against Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham over an alleged fraud of $200 million.

THE HILL REPORTS:
The gubernatorial election landscape in 2022 is shaping up to be competitive as Republicans look to flip a number of governors’ mansions across the country.
Republicans are feeling momentum after Virginia Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin‘s victory in November, when he became the first Republican to win a statewide race in the blue-leaning state since 2009. The party says the political environment is prime for Republicans to oust a number of vulnerable Democratic governors this year, including Gov. Laura Kelly in Kansas and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan.
While Grisham appears to be in a stronger position than other Democratic incumbent governors, with the Cook Political Report rating her race as “likely Democratic,” Republicans have set their sights on her seat.
The Santa Fe New Mexican Lists Rebecca Dow and Mark Ronchetti as the top choices in the field of GOP candidates. More Here
A top New Mexico Republican told me that Dow and John Block have been polling well. This was just about a week after Ronchetti made his announcement.
The GOP has a very strong group of candidates running this year. The one candidate that makes the sanctity of life her platform is Ethel Maharg. Ethel is the strongest candidate against abortion. For me, ending abortion in New Mexico is of the highest priority. The sinning in New Mexico starts with killing God’s babies. Ethel speaks of it all the time. Will New Mexico pay attention to the abortion issue?
Needless to say, things are going to get very interesting! Will the GOP convert enough Dems?

“Today I am retiring from serving in House District 8, in Valencia County,” said State Representative Alonzo Baldonado (R-Los Lunas). “I am proud of the work our community has done over the past decade and I hope that in a small way I was able to help with those efforts to make Los Lunas, Bosque Farms, Peralta, Rio Communities and Belen a better place to live.
