Thank you for taking the time to pray for the youth of our nation! I have some prayer points that I will list here but please pray out anything that God gives you to pray and please if God gives you something special share it on the event page or text it to me. Here are the prayer points: 1. Pray for the victim’s safety. Not only for their safety from any harm that the trafficker’s or john’s would inflict on them but also for the heat wave that is coming through Los Angeles this weekend. 2. Pray that God will bring to light what Satan would try to hide in the dark. Pray that God will reveal to law enforcement those people that would buy or sell these youth. 3. Pray for the safety of our police officers that work in the Los Angeles area. Pray to keep them from harm’s way as God reveals the darkness to them and they respond. 4. Pray for salvation of the men and women that would seek to purchase these youth. 5. Pray for the traffickers, that their hearts are turned to God and they repent from their sin. 6. There is an event in about three weeks, on March 4th, called Vulnerable No More. This will be their third event but the first one that is coed. Please pray for this awareness event that will bring knowledge and healing to the attendees. This type of events are so necessary. Thank You all for being so faithful!

The words that hit me were, ‘the average age of a sex slave in America is 13 years old!’ I do not know what to say! I thank Bri Lamm and ‘Faith It’ for brining this horrific problem to our attention, it is worse than ever! I am so very heart broken. Please pray with me that this issue gets more attention in America and more will be done to end this work of Satan. Abortion and sex slavery in America, we do so much harm to God’s children. What good are we? We are not a good Country. Shame on us. We live in an America that I do not recognize. So many people have made politics their God, supporting evil politicians. We live in a Country that thugs attacked our Nations Capitol and many do not even see the evil behind this act of terror! Our nation came close to being destroyed. Many fools defend this attack!!! They also defend evil politicians. Christians must be very careful who they stand with in politics, which is the playground of Satan. Many in America our blinded by Satan. Only 6% of this Country believes in a Biblical Worldview. I can smell hell from here. Way too many Christians have put politics before God. Way too many Christians have supported evil politicians. BE HOLY! Strive for purity! I pray that people see Jesus in you and me!

I will spend the rest of my life ministering to all people.

The average age of a sex slave in America is 13 years old.

Yep, you read that correctly. “Slavery,” “America,” and “13 years old” all in one sentence.

When we think about a sex slave, most of us probably have this very sensationalized Hollywood perception of what that phrase actually means.

We think of Liam Neeson moving heaven and earth to rescue his daughter in Taken, or Mariska Hargitay helping a victim on Law and Order SVU. Perhaps you visualize dirty, ragged girls, chained to beds, or even foreign children in a faraway land.

Sex Slaves Tell Their Story of Breaking Free from Human Trafficking

C.S. Lewis made this statement:

“God designed the human machine to run on himself. He himself is the fuel our spirits were designed to burn, or the food for our spirits were designed to feed on. … God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.”

Why Holiness is the Key to happiness

FromCharlesStanley:

James 1:19-25

The difference between hearing and doing seems fairly obvious, and yet many people fail to recognize the distinction—or the fact that the two should be more closely related. Take the parent-child relationship, for example. Moms and dads give directions and expect their children to follow through with action. We all know, however, that such instructions are often unheard or disregarded.

Think about how that applies to what our heavenly Father tells His children. He has given us His Word not just to hear but to obey. Yet how often do we hear the proper instructions or warnings but fail to do what Scripture says? In some instances, it’s a matter of not caring enough to obey; at other times our own interests lead us away from God’s commands and toward our own desires.

Do you merely hear the Word, or do you also do what it says? (See James 1:22.) The danger is that in failing to apply God’s words of wisdom, we can easily be led into all sorts of foolish pursuits. Isaiah 53:6 warns that our natural tendency is to turn to our own way and go astray like lost sheep. That’s why it’s essential to listen and obey our Good Shepherd as He guides us with His Word.
