Life Verse for Pastor Dewey Moede
“But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.” -Acts 20:24

The Dems are now turning on Governor Lujan Grisham, took them long enough! When I saw her dancing on Facebook at the Dems State Primary Convention, it made me sick to my stomach. How can anyone celebrate when children are being killed in Ukraine??? The World is at war and the governor dances, New Mexicans are struggling to pay for gas, groceries, and other expenses, as inflation goes through the roof. Lujan Grisham dances as New Mexico continues to abort babies. She does not feel the pain of those babies or for those of us that have to pay for our own gas and just plain struggle to make ends meet. She pushes to destroy the oil and gas industry in our state! She feels she is above us all, now her own party has had enough. Lujan Grisham has done great damage to all of us, especially to our children’s future.
From The New Mexico GOP Leadership:
Santa Fe – Members of the Legislature are reporting that the Democratic Caucus has lost confidence in the Governor. Less than 24 hours after she vetoed legislative projects, members of the Democratic caucus were polled and are now reportedly in full support off calling themselves into extraordinary session to override the Governor’s veto.
“It is astonishing to see how weak this Governor has become over the last year,” said House Republican Whip Rod Montoya, pictured above (Farmington). “Democrat members of the Legislature were at her beck and call for three years and are now willing to, in an unprecedented manner call themselves into a special session, during the Governor’s first term, to override her vetoes. We typically only see actions like this when dealing with a lame duck Governor who no longer holds sway over their political party.”
“The past three months have revealed significant fissures both within the Democrat caucuses and between Democrat lawmakers and Governor Lujan Grisham,” said House Republican Leader Jim Townsend (Artesia). “It is no surprise that nationally, New Mexico will be at play in pushing back against radical progressives who have failed, at every opportunity, in delivering their so-called progressive utopia. New Mexicans are ready for serious leadership that values New Mexicans over the donors and special interest groups that Democrats kowtow to. Instead of hearing the desperate pleas from New Mexicans to meaningfully address violent crime, stabilize energy and fuel costs, and correct the course on education, this Governor and Democrats did nothing substantial for the thirty days we were in Santa Fe. Change is coming in November, and we can already hear Democrats plotting against Lujan Grisham to save themselves from her sinking ship.”

FGGAM Shares a Biblical Worldview Everyday:
“The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it. It states unequivocally that man is created in God’s image, living in essence as God’s co-regent over creation. Mankind—born and unborn, rich and poor, able and disabled—has intrinsic worth. Almighty God is a sovereign God, ruler over nations, states, empires, and governments. He is to be worshiped and obeyed through the precepts and principles revealed in His infallible Word. He not only exists, but He is sovereign over all of history according to His wisdom and purposes, and He is intimately involved in every aspect of life.”
Jim Townsend is a very wise man. New Mexico is very blessed to have him.
I was talking to my dear brother in Christ, Pastor Ruben Gomez of Midland, Texas yesterday. Ruben has had an oil drilling supply business in Midland for many years. He stressed the need to get going, as it will take at least 6 months to build up to all that is needed to go full blast. There is a labor shortage in the oil industry right now, as everywhere else. Plenty of permits to drill, but lack of labor.
FGGAM News received this news release late yesterday:
STATEMENT: New Mexico House Republican Leader Jim Townsend (pictured) on Gov. Lujan Grisham’s tone-deaf ozone precursor rule hearing in the Environmental Improvement Board (EIB 21-27):
“On the day that New Mexico broke the record for the highest gas prices in state history, Governor Lujan Grisham has directed her political appointees to double down on limiting not only oil and gas operations, but our entire state economy,” said House Republican Leader Jim Townsend (R-Artesia). “Our state is uniquely positioned to provide energy independence for our country and whether the progressives like that or not, we all need to do our part to ensure New Mexico and the United States of America are energy independent. New Mexicans across the board are feeling the burden of regressive political tactics that Lujan Grisham continues to force on each of us. In just two-months, fuel and energy prices have skyrocketed in this state, and certainly Lujan Grisham’s political decisions will continue to force working-families to make very difficult decisions due to the rising cost of simply driving to work.”

The Dems in New Mexico have been out to destroy the oil and gas industry here in New Mexico and our entire nation. It is time to stop and drill for the people of America and the World!!!
FGGAM just received this news release:
Senate Republican Leader, Senator Greg Baca, and Senator David Gallegos Issue Statement on Russian Oil Sanctions
SANTA FE – Today, President Joe Biden announced that the United States will be banning all imports of Russian oil and gas. New Mexico is one of the top five energy producing states in the nation, producing around 3,432 trillion Btu annually. By contrast, the United States imports around 1,481 trillion Btu of Russian crude oil annually.
“New Mexico has a unique opportunity to be the solution to a global crisis and the economic burden the Biden administration placed on working class families at the pump,” said Senate Republican Leader, Senator Greg Baca (District 29-Bernalillo and Valencia). “It is time to buy local. American energy is not just cleaner, more efficient, and better for our economy—it is what the world needs.”
“Now is the time for New Mexico to stand in the gap as the world faces a looming energy crisis,” added Senator David Gallegos (District 41-Eddy and Lea). “We should not have to look to Iran, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela”, and other nations to provide energy we can produce right here at home. American energy independence is possible and New Mexico can help lead this effort.”
