Hear The Whisper In The Wind…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently, I accompanied a friend to a place that changed the destiny of several lives, forever. Her adult child was in an automobile accident years ago, after leaving a bar. Although he was not driving, he was in a vehicle that the driver was drinking. Several perished that night and although her son lived, it has had long lasting effects from the trauma.
I pondered the heart ache of this mother as we drove to the scene. A lovely woman that I asked permission to share this with you today. I struggled for words to speak as she shared some of the details.
Today, if you are struggling with addictions, please know God can and will help you. He loves you, he is not disappointed in you, he died for you. You are not alone and with him you can change the course of your destiny. How about it, are you in?

Father, thank you for being a loving Father. You loved us enough to send your only son for our sins. (John 3:16)
Father, you tell us to come as we are, and today we join faith for all across this globe for people that are suffering from addictions. May they come to the healing waters of Jesus Christ and find the peace, love, forgiveness, hope, and freedom in you and through you. May they get the help they need to find that freedom, as you, oh God, open the doors for what they need.
Father, heal your people from the inside out. Father, you know all things, see all things, and you tell us in your Word that our freedom is in you. Amen.
Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. John 8:36
