From The National Day of Prayer: The great lawyer turned Pastor and writer, E.M. Bounds had a lot to say about faith and prayer. He notes that, “Faith is the foundation of Christian character and the security of the soul.” He also points out that, “when faith ceases to pray, it ceases to live.”
As Holy Week begins this weekend, we focus our attention and affection fully on Jesus’ journey to the cross, His resurrection, and our faith-filled response as He sits at the right hand of God.
“Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.” Hebrews 12:1-3 NASB
Jesus endured the wrath of our sin on the cross to establish a bridge for sinners to become saints and be reunited for all eternity with the Father. As we exalt Him in praise we respect and respond to His glory and fix our eyes and our faith on Jesus to run the race He has placed before us with endurance, knowing He is the joy set before us. Scripture tells us, “The joy of the Lord is our strength,” and I like to remind people that the strength of the Lord is our joy. He who began a good work in you will see it to completion. You are established in faith!
Would you please join me in prayer?
From CHURCHLEADERS:
Sean Hannity welcomed Jenner to the “Fox Family,” noting that he and Jenner “go back decades.”
Nevertheless, the announcement has been met with a considerable amount of sharp criticism, both from those who consider Fox News to be a transphobic organization, as well as those who see the hiring of Jenner as an affirmation of Jenner’s gender identity.
I love this comment by Megan Taylor Rigo
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another:
just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.
By this all people will know that you are my disciples,
if you have love for one another.

Caitlyn Jenner Hired by Fox News, Drawing Criticism From Some Christians
Years ago I heard Abby Johnson, now a champion for God’s babies, on Focus on the Family share about how it was the LOVE of the Pro-Life community that won her over to God’s side, not the hate. (See Her Post Below) I hate all the causes of sin in this world, hate sin, but love on the person and try my best to bring them to God. I pray that Caitlyn Jenner will one day come to God. It breaks my heart what is happening in the world, what my children and grandchildren are seeing. I just met yesterday with a young couple who have asked me to marry them. What a sweet couple who I am so very blessed to now know. They asked me how tough is it to be a Pastor? WOW! I had to take a deep breath…I do not get asked that question much at all…..I said something like, the world is changing so fast, so many people leaving the Church…so many people lost, so much violence…but I try my best to fulfill my work that God has assigned me and stand strong in that calling God has placed on my heart and do the best I can and love on people and show the Jesus. I hold myself accountable to God’s Word. I am worn down from the many funerals I have been officiating, some from gun violence….breaks my heart so very much. I am very concerned about what legalized pot is going to do to New Mexico..it will add to the addiction and mind alerting drugs out there. I hate the hate in the world. I am tired of parents burying their children. I am tired of babies being killed. I am sick and tired of hateful politicians.
From THE CHRISTIAN POST, VOICES
By Abby Johnson
Abby Johnson, the CEO and founder of And Then There Were None, opens up about her time working for Planned Parenthood and an anonymous letter she recently received from a woman who accused Johnson of lying to her and talking her into having an abortion that has caused her a lifetime of regret. Johnson reflects on the 22,000-plus abortions she facilitated while working for Planned Parenthood in contrast to the life and ministry she leads now, writing, “I’ve said this before and I will say it again now. I am no hero. I stopped doing something that I should have never been doing in the first place. That’s not heroic. That’s simply correcting an evil.”
From Dr. Jim Denison:
Has FOX News “sold its soul”?
FOX News Media CEO Suzanne Scott recently announced that Caitlyn Jenner would be joining their organization as a contributor, stating, “Caitlyn’s story is an inspiration to us all.” The news prompted Christian Post contributor Michael Brown to write an article with the headline “Christian conservatives, you cannot put your trust in Fox News.” He claims that the news organization “has lost its voice and sold its soul.”
FGGAM Shares a Biblical Worldview Everyday:
“The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it. It states unequivocally that man is created in God’s image, living in essence as God’s co-regent over creation. Mankind—born and unborn, rich and poor, able and disabled—has intrinsic worth. Almighty God is a sovereign God, ruler over nations, states, empires, and governments. He is to be worshiped and obeyed through the precepts and principles revealed in His infallible Word. He not only exists, but He is sovereign over all of history according to His wisdom and purposes, and He is intimately involved in every aspect of life.”
American Bible Society: Bible Usage is Plummeting
Keep in mind George Barna research shows that just 6% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview, we are in such bad spiritual shape. America lacks MATURE CHRISTIANS!
When I ask people why they do not go to Church, they say the Church does not give them what they need, many say the Church has turned into a business and many say that the Church has lost its way. Many also say the Church has gotten to political, aligning itself with unethical politicians. Here at FGGAM we meet several people very month that do not go to Church any longer. We try to get them connected to a FULL GOSPEL Church. We attempt to build bridges of love and trust with people. Americans are leaving church and most aren’t coming back: report.
Politics divides the world, creates so much hate….JESUS is the uniter of all, the ultimate peacemaker with all souls! I beleive many Americans have made politics a religion. They are putting politics above God.
The central message of Easter is that God still loves us, and because of Christ we can be forgiven. He came for one reason: “Christ died for sins once for all … to bring you to God” (1 Peter 3:18). May you welcome Him into your life during this holy season.”
So many people strive for one thing more than any other—peace. The reason they seek it is because there’s no lasting comfort or freedom in their lives. It’s like they are always unsettled. The Bible defines peace primarily in three ways.
As many of you know I report the news from a Biblical Worldview, have been for years. Nowadays I see reports everyday of crimes/scandals/bad behavior in the Church. I could report on that all day, the Church’s own rap sheet! Christian media has reports on them everyday. I do not post all of them, because it makes me sick what many are doing to the Bride of Christ. So many show an unbelieving word just what it wants to see from Christians.
