A pro-life activist has been making headlines for the past week after authorities recovered the bodies of five unborn babies from inside her apartment.
But the story surrounding Lauren Handy, 28, is anything but clear-cut. More questions than answers remained after her unrelated arrest, and a press conference Tuesday featuring Handy only partially helped clear things up. Here are the known facts at this point.

I have to share with you all, that you will not find a more dedicated family to our Lord than the Haley’s and Crandall’s! Lydia is such a strong, loving woman of God and she also has a hubby in Tracy who shines his light so brightly for JESUS! What can I say about Frank and his angel wife Alice, they have been role models for me and Sharon for many years. I was so blessed to be the manager of KKIM when Frank was inducted into the NM Broadcast Hall-of Fame! It is such a blessing to write GOOD NEWS, FASNTASTIC NEWS about people of GOD! Both families have been through rough times, but their FAITH GREW!! That is what I have learned from these folks, tough times will come to us all, BUT, STICK CLOSE TO JESUS, SEEK THE FACE OF JESUS! Rest in the arms of our ALMIGHTY GOD. I have to add, both the Hayley’s and Crandall’s are hard workers. Very hard workers. Honest as the day is long. Remember, you reap what you sow.

Abby Johnson, the CEO and founder of And Then There Were None, opens up about her time working for Planned Parenthood and an anonymous letter she recently received from a woman who accused Johnson of lying to her and talking her into having an abortion that has caused her a lifetime of regret. Johnson reflects on the 22,000-plus abortions she facilitated while working for Planned Parenthood in contrast to the life and ministry she leads now, writing, “I’ve said this before and I will say it again now. I am no hero. I stopped doing something that I should have never been doing in the first place. That’s not heroic. That’s simply correcting an evil.”
