Food For The Hurting Soul…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Today, I wanted to ask you to pray the prayer of agreement with me from Matthew 18. People are hurting all over this globe. Some have suffered great losses, some are carrying great pain. This morning as I began to read my Bible, every passage I read had the word soul in it. After about the fourth time of seeing it, I knew we should pray for all the hurting souls today.
When you have an ache in your soul, or a soul wound, it is painful. Thank God that he is the healer of the soul.
My soul weeps because of grief; Strengthen me according to Your word. Psalm 119:28
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your Word. Psalm 23:1-3 tells us that the Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
Father, refresh man’s soul today, we pray.
Father, your Word tells us to love the Lord our God with all our heart and with all our soul and with all our strength. (Deuteronomy 6:5) We lift every weary soul up to you today and thank you for healing, strength and a new beginning.
Father, you tell us in the book of James that we have not because we ask not God. May many today receive healing for their wounded soul. Set it up as only the Good Father can. Amen.
