I saw this message on the Valencia County News-Bulletin Facebook page. It is written by Tina Dziuk who is a friend of mine on Facebook. Tina is the National Committeewoman for the Republican Party of New Mexico. Her message really struck a tone with me, I pray it does with you. Please pray for Tina, since her message has been published, she has received some very nasty messages. Many of us certainly know what that is like when we take a stand for God’s babies. Citing Abortion Rights, San Francisco Archbishop Bars Pelosi From Communion

(RNS) — Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone, who oversees the Archdiocese of San Francisco, announced on Friday (May 20) he is barring House Speaker Nancy Pelosi from taking Communion in churches he oversees, citing her support for abortion rights.

“After numerous attempts to speak with her to help her understand the grave evil she is perpetrating, the scandal she is causing, and the danger to her own soul she is risking, I have determined that the point has come in which I must make a public declaration that she is not to be admitted to Holy Communion unless and until she publicly repudiate her support for abortion ‘rights’ and confess and receive absolution for her cooperation in this evil in the sacrament of Penance,” Cordileone wrote in a letter sent to churchgoers in his archdiocese. More Here
