A Revivalist At Heart…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I have been reading stories of great men and women that God used to do exploits for his Kingdom. In the book God’s Generals, penned by Robert Liardon, I find a common thread between them all. They were all very humble, humble servants of God, they were Revivalists.

The Bible tells us in Matthew 20:16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.” Have you ever been chosen last? Maybe nobody wanted you on their team and you were the last one that walked to their side. Get ready for promotion because of God’s promise.

I love to see God fulfill the promise of his Word in people’s lives. Really, at the end of the day that’s all that really matters. I find myself asking God himself to get involved in every situation. I want his will more than what I think, more than what I think I may know. He is the God that sees the big picture, and he knows all the details. I find myself saying a lot to people, I may not have your answer, but I know someone that does. His name is Jesus. He knows everything about you, and he is crazy about you. He is the only one that said we were enough to die for and did it. That alone makes me want to give a shout this morning.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for another beautiful day to journey life with you. Thank you that you see the big picture in people’s lives all across this globe today. Father, may we be humble people, servants, as you served while here on earth.

Father, thank you for changing us to be more like you, thank us for making us Revivalists.

Father, thank you that we don’t need to have all the answers. We simply offer ourselves with a servant’s heart, a caring spirit and full of the promises of God.

Father, may a spirit of humility rest on your people today, all across this globe. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. You are amazing, created in the image of God and full of greatness. May he answer your every prayer as you believe his promises.

Matthew 25. Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you took me in, I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you visited me. Then the righteous will answer Him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and fed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and take you in, or naked and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?
And the King will reply, truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.
