A Grateful Heart…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Words are so powerful. Every day we have a choice to look at the negative things in our world or we have the choice to look at the positive and pray on. Let’s be a people to see the positive in one another, to see the positive in life and help those that can’t see the goodness quite yet.

Recently, I was speaking with a friend that life’s circumstances left her negative and bitter. I am sure she doesn’t even realize how negative her life has become. Sometimes in life, circumstances can change us to become negative people. That’s not a good thing, but every one of us can be susceptible to it. Even in difficult circumstances we need to remain thankful. We need to see the good in people, good in the world and good even in life’s challenges. That can be tough to do, but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. (Philippians 4:13)

Let’s be grateful people today. Amen? Amen.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for the many blessings you bestow upon us. You are a good God and we are a blessed people. The greatest wealth I have ever accumulated on this side of heaven is knowledge. Your Word tells me every day who I am. Our identity is in you and you alone.

Father, today we pray the Lord’s prayer once again together. How we worship is all personal choice and you gave us all free will. Thank you for that. We are who you say we are. We are a thankful, grateful and blessed people.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom and the glory forever. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Continue to be grateful.

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (1 Peter 2:9)
