Givers And Takers, Movers And Shakers…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was having a conversation recently with a friend about a person in their life. This individual had been a taker all of their life and finally realized it at his old age. He had been a taker and not a giver. Thank God the gentleman had seen the error of his ways and still had the opportunity to turn this around. There is much joy in giving. I am excited for this man to experience the joy that he will receive in his giving. Although the man didn’t need it, he took anyway, just because he could. God’s Word tells us: Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. (Luke 6:38)
We all have something to give. I remember a time I wanted to go to a crusade. I prayed about it and felt impressed to donate some items I had to an organization. Needless to say, when the time came, God had made a way for me to go. I believe God tests our heart to see if we are takers or givers. Let’s be givers and make the world a better place for others today. There is great joy in giving.

Father, thank you for your goodness to us. You change man’s hearts every day. Father, everything we have is because of your goodness to us and you have blessed us.
Father, may we be givers and not takers. May we share what we have and store up our riches (treasures) in heaven. Amen.
