Children, A Gift From A Great & Mighty God…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Last evening, I had two of my grandchildren come for a visit. This morning as we prepare for the day, I wanted to teach them a life lesson. Here I go again right, bragging about my grandchildren. You must admit, everyone thinks their grandchildren are the best, because they are.

We decided to make greatness rocks this morning. We took some beautiful stones and wrote the word greatness on them. We spoke about what makes us great.  He has shown us, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of us? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with our God. (Micah 6:8)

Every child is over the top. Jesus loves all the little children of the world. I will never forget those sweet, innocent beautiful children in Augusta, Maine. It was at a prophetic meeting I attended in 2008. Those precious prophetic children said to me, I see you going around the world. They sang Jesus loves the little children of the world to me as they filled my heart with powerful words that I will never forget. Oh, the joy of children.

As I write my late morning post, my granddaughter draws an American Flag with the longest pole you would ever see. It reaches from the kitchen table to the living room. My grandson looks on the computer to see what is going to be on his Christmas list as he discovers what snacks are at Grandma’s house. Amazing kids filled with greatness.

Today, bless a child because you can. Believe in the greatness God has placed in each of them, because he has. No need to compare with anyone, as all were created in the likeness of a great God.

Let’s Pray:

Luke 18:16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Matthew 19:13 Then some children were brought to Him so that He might lay His hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Father, thank you for the blessing of children. Today,we pray for all the children around this globe. We pray God they will be taught the ways of the Lord at a young age. We pray for your Word to take root in their little hearts. May they grow into strong men and women of the Lord.

Father, Psalm 103:17 tells from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children. We pray for safety, protection and love for every child, oh God. Meet every need they have according to your riches in glory..

Father, today we will bless a child. Thank you that your Word says the Kingdom of heaven belongs to them. Oh, how you love the children of the world.  Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Bless a child today, because you can.
