Dear Dewey,
You asked me for a note on my testimony:
My husband and I got married in October 2013. My husband is a Christian but I had doubts about Christianity.
In 2014, I underwent endovascular surgery to treat two brain aneurysms. The doctors had been working on me for about 5 hours when I experienced an atrial fibrillation. They brought me round from the anesthetic and the first thing I said to my husband in the recovery room was “Who was Thomas?”
I believe it was when I had the atrial fibrillation, still under anesthetic, that I had the experience of talking to someone dressed all in white, in an all-white room where I was sitting down and the man was standing in front of me. He told me not to be afraid and that he just wanted to talk to me. I can’t remember all that he said but I distinctly remember him telling me to remember Thomas, hence why I asked my husband “Who was Thomas?” when I came round. My husband told me that Thomas was the disciple who doubted and I realized straight away that I was being told to stop doubting.
I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
Once you see you cannot unsee!
With love
