Finding A Place of Solitude

Solitude is a special place alone time with God. It can be a time of knowing God more deeply, a time of strengthening, a time of refreshing, a time of sharing our deepest concerns with Him.
God himself is waiting for you to meet him in a place of solitude. God through silence will speak to your heart.
Often times Jesus withdrew from people daily to a place of solitude to be alone with his Father and pray.

Mark 1:35 Very early in the morning while it was still dark, Jesus got up and left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.

Solitude is finding a quiet place from all noise and busyness of life. Spending time with him in silence. Expressing your need for him through prayer with thanksgiving opening your heart not allowing anything to distract you devoting yourself to him. He longs to spend time with you, resting in his presence letting his peace fill you.
Let go of all your concerns quiet your mind and listen to him with your spirit knowing that he hears your prayers and in his still small voice he will speak to you. God loves you unconditionally.

The more you spend time with God the more you will recognize his voice when he speaks. The Holy Spirit will reveal truth to you. Always trust God’s timing.
Take what God has given you during your time with him and bless others.
Jesus was an example to all for he would find a place of solitude to pray to his Father.
.
Luke 6:12 One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray , and spent the night praying to God.

Jesus invites you to join him in a solitude place spending time with him to be able to hear his voice experiencing his presence his peace and his love.

So today I challenge you to find that place of solitude make time for him and let God speak to your heart he longs for all to come to him in that secret place to be able to minister to his children

Matthew 6:6 But when you pray go into your room,(a place of solitude) close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father who sees what is done in secret, will reward you .

Lord I will seek you in the secret place. In silence I wait for you to hear your still small voice resting in your love with thanksgiving my heart give you praise. Amen
