Prayer of Petition for FGGAM
Our God in Heaven, holy is Your Name. We praise You; we magnify You and look to You for our salvation. We ask Lord that You forgive us for what we have allowed to take place in our state. You said in 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. We know by this that as we humble ourselves, You are listening, and You will answer and heal our land.
Pastor Dewey has always been faithful to speak out against the killing of innocent babies through abortion, therefore an unjust organization is punishing him.
We are petitioning you concerning life and false testimony. We know according to Your Word in Proverbs 6:17-19 that there are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him:
haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. All of these things are taking place right now.
Because they are detestable to you, Lord, they are detestable to us and we ask that You cast them down.
Ps. 140:8 says Do not grant the desires of the wicked; Do not further his wicked scheme, lest they be exalted. Stop them oh Lord from going any further concerning FGGM. Vindicate your servant we pray.
King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 7:12 says O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.” And You replied You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.” Vs. 22 Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.
Today we all stand in agreement that You will perform Your Word. You said that Your Word will not fail but will accomplish all that it was sent out to do, so we put You in remembrance of Your Word. May your name be praised and may everyone know that there is a God in Israel and in New Mexico. May Pastor Dewey and FGGAM prevail, and my You Lord receive the glory. In the name of our precious Lord, we agree in prayer.
