The Christian Post reports today that President Joe Biden has signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 (“Omnibus”), which is a legislative spending bill consisting of all 12 fiscal FY 2023 appropriation bills.
The $1.7 Trillion Dollar Omnibus follows passage by the House of Representatives in a 225-201 vote last week and passage by the Senate in a 68-29 vote.
Many Republicans consider the Omnibus to be bipartisan, wasteful government spending promoting LGBT and gender ideology, and containing border security funding for other countries while explicitly prohibiting the US from taking necessary steps to secure its southern border with Mexico.
The Omnibus also awards millions of dollars to LGBT advocacy groups seeking expansion of medical leave laws to include transition-related and gender-affirming care.

My brothers and sisters, we should pray vigorously about the provisions of the Omnibus using US federal tax dollars to support LGBT advocacy and the killing of unborn babies through abortion! Shame on our country!
