It is another WRONG being done to God’s children. There is a deep price to be paid for harming God’s children. We need to pray for people like Elisa Martinez who continues the fight for God’s children. What happened to the Albuquerque School Board???!!! My goodness!!! It is out of control, as is the New Mexico Legislature! I am praying for a Holy Spirit Revival here!

New Mexico Alliance for Life Rallies Against Legislation Mandating Transition Procedures and Abortion Referrals in Schools
Santa Fe, NM- A video published by Project Veritas shows Albuquerque Public School officials training teachers to disseminate radical gender policies or be in violation of CDC standards. Despite New Mexico having the lowest education outcomes in the nation, these radical policies put students at risk and compromise the safe learning environment supposedly guaranteed to students. The New Mexico Legislature is currently debating some of the nation’s most radical pieces of legislation mandating transgender procedures and abortion referrals in public schools, as well as removing all conscience protections.
HB 7 – The Reproductive and Gender Affirming Health Act- which passed the House despite bipartisan opposition- mandates referrals from every public employee for abortion and gender affirming procedures. This bill repeals by implication the age of consent for medical procedures and conscience protections, allowing public employees to refer children for these irreversible procedures. It also bans future legislation from addressing and reversing this legislation.
SB 397 – This legislation seeks to increase funding for school based health clinics and expands access to abortion and gender affirming procedures on school grounds. This legislation also allows irreversible reproductive health services to occur without parental consent. This legislation opens access to radical medical procedures on students in schools without permission from consenting adults.
SB 13 – The Reproductive and Gender Affirming Health Care Protection Act eliminates interstate regulation allowing out of state minors to travel to New Mexico to receive traumatic, irreversible abortions and radical gender affirming care. This legislation also denies parental access to medical records and puts the very health of our youth at risk.
