You Have Not Been Forgotten…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was at a meeting a few years ago with a friend. The man that was speaking asked if he could pray for us. I am always welcoming of prayer. He said these kind words to me that I think of often. He said the right eyes are on you. You may feel forgotten, left out, but know God has the right eyes looking at you. That was very encouraging, and I thanked him for his words to me.
This morning as I was pondering those words and my relationship with God, I know him to be no respecter of persons. I would like to believe I was his favorite, but I know him too well. You are his favorite too. His eyes are on you, and he will put the right people in your path to help you fulfill your God given destiny. Can you believe?
If you are feeling left out, forgotten, draw close to him today and thank him that the right eyes are upon you for your next step. You have not been forgotten, you are not left out, your season will come. Trust in his timing, as he does all things well. Amen?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your amazing love this morning. The kind of love that was enough to die for. There is no one today that your eye is not upon. You have a plan for every life. To the prodigal you say welcome home. To the lost, you say you now have been found.
Father, thank you for rebuilding the ancient ruins in people’s lives all across this globe today. (Isaiah 61) Thank you for your righteousness, because ours was never going to be enough. Actually, your Word tells us our righteousness is as filthy rags. (Isaiah 64:6) We are only righteous because of the blood of Jesus Christ.
Father, strengthen the weak, the lonely today. May they fill their lives with your presence as they wait upon you. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. You have not been forgotten.
Who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance. 1 Peter 1:1-2
