We continue to pray for the safety of all! TEAM JESUS!
We are to be the hands and feet of JESUS! BOOTS ON THE GROUND FOR JESUS: We are each called to be the HANDS and FEET of Jesus here on earth. What does it mean to be the HANDS of Jesus? The Hands of Jesus belong to those willing to do His work. It means doing the things Jesus did. What is your Church doing for JESUS in your community? SPIRITUAL CHECK! When is the last time your Church members walked the streets of your community? When is the last you loved on and prayed for people walking the streets of your community? OR DO YOU STAY WITHIN YOUR WALLS???? WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOUR CHURCH VISITED THE ELDERLY FOLKS IN YOUR COMMUNITY?
I fondly remember the revivals that FGGAM led in Reserve and Quemado, New Mexico and Windom, Minnesota! There were times during the revivals we walked the streets and just talked to people, to build bridges of love and trust with them. The same thing took place when I traveled with Time to Revive and Kyle Martin. In Quemado, the children walked with us! I visited a nursing home last Sunday in Socorro, Mew Mexico and I had a blast with JESUS and some of the folks! I encourage all Churches to leave your walls and walk your community and show the folks JESUS! Please also go to your local nursing home and hospital! Jesus did not intend for the Church to just stay within its walls. He walked. Get out of your comfort zone.
The above description of walking the streets is what Sharon and Did in 2022! We walked in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota! PTL!! WALK FOR JESUS! HE IS RIGHT THERE WITH YOU AS YOU MINISTER?
REMEMBER! So many Americans no longer go to CHURCH! You have to go and meet them where they are at!
Now let me ask you…how many baptisims did your Church officiate in 2022? How many new members in 2022?
We are so thankful to the Baptist Press for this report!
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (BP) — California Baptists are collecting supplies and delivering sandbags while grappling with both a historic snowfall and incoming heavy rains.
“You can’t stop the local church from ministering in times of disaster,” said Mike Bivins, director for Disaster Relief of the California Southern Baptist Convention. “Disaster Relief is ready to come in and support those efforts, but it starts at the local church level.”
North Parkway Baptist Church didn’t experience the snow levels others did. But Pastor Sal Martinez and others became aware of the conditions less than 30 minutes away in the San Bernardino Mountains. Officials are investigating 13 deaths in the region to see how many are linked to the powerful storm. More Here
