My heart aches for the people of New Mexico. I have spent nearly 20 years in ministry here, first as manager of KKIM Christian radio and then Sharon and I followed God’s lead into FGGAM. I know the good and bad of the state, as I have been a watchman on the wall for all these years, reporting the news from a Biblical Worldview. Sadly, in America only 4% beleive in a Biblical Worldview, and just 37% of Pastors have a Biblical Worldview. A lot of what I say and report falls on deaf ears and blind eyes. So very many here in New Mexico are not Christians, it is full of Churches that do not have a Biblical Worldview. This is why the state is going to hell. One pastor told me that the Church he was serving in Albuquerque had just two baptisims in 5 years! I know of Churches in the state that have not baptized anyone for 4 years! What are they doing? Horrible! Failure to carry out The Great Commission, it is a COMMAND FROM JESUS!! NOT A SUGGESTION! Generation after generation do not go to church and fail to become mature Christians. It s very tragic what is talking place in the state of New Mexico, it is being eaten away by Satan. First you have ther majority in the legislature that are in favor of killing babies. Sad Day! New Mexico Senate passes HB 7, reproductive, gender-affirming healthcare bill. Then the you have all this gun violence all over Albuquerque. It is getting very bad at West Mesa High School. ‘She doesn’t feel safe there’: West Mesa parent takes student out of school after nearby shooting. New Mexico has really done a good job of destroying a safe place for our children. God cannot be happy with us. I am sick and tired of it all. This is why more than a hand full of pastors have left the state during my service here. It is a TOUGH state. Year after year it gets worse. Sharon and I here to stay and minister until God says no more.
Albuquerque has a Church on ever street corner, but it is hell on earth here. What’s wrong? I asked a Bernalillo County Deputy awhile back, “Why all the violence here sir?” he replied, “It is generational, the state has always been a very violent state.” It is getting worse. The state rings true to its trademark, “Land of Enchantment” What does Enchantment mean? I remember years ago when my buddy Pastor Mark Tross who helped me out in the newsroom at KKIM said to me one day, “I do not like it that New Mexico brags about being the land of enchantment, that is not good.”
What does the Bible say about witchcraft / witches?
God is and will have His way with New Mexico.
There will always be opposition to God. In times like this it seems evil is winning.
BUT! God’s Will shall be done! ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!
GOD IS STILL ON THE THRONE!
GOD’s People are joint heirs with JESUS CHRIST!
We are protected by the power and grace of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords!
Even thou he may choose to punish us for our sinfulness and rebellion. I beleive God is punishing New Mexico and will continue to do so if the state does not repent and return to Him.
The books of Ezra and Nehemiah reveal how God’s covenant people were restored from Babylonian exile back to their covenant land. Why had they been under Babylonian captivity? BECASE THEY HAD REFUSED TO REPENT AND TURN THEIR HEARTS BACK TO GOD!
