On Sept. 2, 2022, the Russian multinational energy corporation Gazprom ceased delivery of natural gas through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline, citing issues related to European sanctions imposed against Russia over the war in Ukraine. The Nord Stream 2 pipeline had not yet become operational.
Three weeks later, both Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines were hit by explosions that rendered them inoperable. Western and European countries have pointed fingers at each other for months with no responsible nation(s) verified.
AP News and REUTERS have reported in the last couple of days that The New York Times, The Washington Post and German media have published stories citing US officials claiming there was evidence that Ukraine, or at least Ukrainians, may have been responsible for the pipeline explosions.

My brothers and sisters, some things never change, with the truth being a casualty in matters of politics and war. Let’s continue to be wise in what we believe. We should continually remind ourselves that the wisdom of man will always fail us and is often steeped or rooted in evil, but trusting in the truth of God will never fail us.
Proverbs 1:7 (NKJV)
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, [b]ut fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV)
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, [a]nd lean not on your own understanding; [i]n all your ways acknowledge Him, [a]nd He shall direct your paths.”
Psalm 32:10 (NKJV)
“Many sorrows shall be to the wicked; [b]ut he who trusts in the Lord, mercy shall surround him.”
Praise Jesus forevermore!
