: To preach the eternal lostness of unbelievers without tears would be a cold and dead orthodoxy indeed. And to teach it without a great emphasis upon our own responsibility, in the light of hell, to do all we can, regardless of the cost, so that men might know the gospel – that would be totally ugly and opposed to this biblical message that those who are lost are my kind.
Tell me what the world is saying today, and I’ll tell you what the church will be saying in seven years.
Certainly every Christian ought to be praying and working to nullify the abominable abortion law. But as we work and pray, we should have in mind not only this important issue as though it stood alone. Rather, we should be struggling and praying that this whole other total entity “(this godless) worldview” can be rolled back with all its results across all of life.
The moral absolutes rest upon God’s character. The moral commands He has given to men are an expression of His character. Men as created in His image are to live by choice on the basis of what God is. The standards of morality are determined by what conforms to His character, while those things which do not conform are immoral.
Last one…….Francis Shaeffer said, “Every abortion clinic should have a sign in front of it saying, “Open by the permission of the church.”
We live in America where so many do not value life. We have become so very unbiblical. Only 4% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview, JUST! 37% of Pastor have a Biblical Worldview! SHAME! Texas stands strong! Here in the state of New Mexico, I smell hell. The governor here tells us that she is going to build a 10 million dollar abortion factory!!! Hell on earth. ‘Hitler like’. What does the Bible say about abortion? Simply put, abortion is murder. It is the killing of a human being created in the image of God. Christians are asleep here, we are bucking the wave on non-Christians in New Mexico, there are more like us that stand strong for JESUS, but we are the minority. The land of enchantment sure does fit this state, and not in a good way.
Much good in America seems to always come out of Texas! The Influence of Christianity on Early Texas History
I praise God for this Judge! Standing strong for God’s babies!
THE TEXAS TRIBUNE REPORTS: Erik Baptist, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom, the conservative law firm that brought the lawsuit, called Friday’s ruling a “significant victory.”
“The FDA put women and girls in harm’s way and it’s high time the agency is held accountable for its reckless actions,” he said. “The FDA never had the authority to approve these hazardous drugs and remove important safeguards.” Full Report
