REUTERS reports that a Ukrainian drone strike set a Russian fuel storage facility ablaze in the Crimean port of Sevastopol early on Saturday, sending a vast column of black smoke into the sky in the latest attack on the Russia-occupied peninsula.
According to RBC Ukraine, more than 10 tanks of oil products intended for use by Russia’s Black Sea Fleet were destroyed in the attack.
Ukraine’s position is that control of all its legal territory, including Crimea, is a key condition for any peace deal. Crimea was forcibly occupied by Russia in 2014.

My brothers and sisters, it’s clear that Ukraine is unwilling to simply surrender to Russia. In fact, the long-anticipated “spring offensive” may be only days away. Let’s continue to pray for the safety of Ukraine’s military members and the country’s citizens. Let’s also pray for the thousands of Russian troops who have lost their lives in this wholly unrighteous war. The blame here seems to rest squarely and solely with Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin. Lord have mercy.
Praise Jesus forevermore!
