It is the killing of a human being created in the image of God.On Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning, the Town Commission of Edgewood, New Mexico (pop. 6,174) considered a “sanctuary city for the unborn” ordinance requiring compliance with federal abortion statutes. The vote of the city commission was 4-1, making the Town of Edgewood the SIXTY-SIXTH CITY in the nation and the FOURTH CITY in New Mexico to pass a Sanctuary Cities for the Unborn ordinance.
The council meeting began at 5:00 pm on Tuesday night, and concluded over eight hours later at 1:44 am on Wednesday morning.
