Tragedy Strikes Farmington, NM: Police fatally shoot man after going to the wrong home

Farmington Daily Times: In response to a question about how often Farmington police mistakenly go to the wrong address while responding to a call, Police Chief Steve Hebbe acknowledged it happens from time to time but said he was unaware of how this mistake occurred. I am so very puzzled, like many, on how on earth this happened. I am having a very hard time wrapping my head around this. My heart sinks.
