I will never forget the men’s conference that I spoke at in Albuquerque at New Beginnings Church. It was a Soldiers of Cross event put on by Pastor Alfonso Antillon, and to get the attention of the men I threw my ‘soft’ shoe into the crowd! Men need to wake up! I treasure it when i see a man of God! I do not see enough of them! Put on your ‘big boy’ pants and grow up in the ways of God! Thank the Lord I grew up with a Mom and Dad from the greatest generation, WW II! No wimps!

This is an aspect of Christian manhood that is sadly neglected in our day. Christian husbands and fathers have a responsibility to love and lead their homes by the grace of God (Genesis 2:22–24; Ephesians 5:25-33). This includes leading the home in repentance. You should be the first to repent and confess your sin, and not expect others to make the first move. More Here
