- I Told You So…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently, I spoke at a conference in another country. As I prayed to talk slow so the interpreter could keep up with me, a woman in attendance drew a picture. She was a gifted prophetic artist and didn’t know it. She usually doesn’t draw she later told me. She had felt impressed to draw when I spoke that day.
You are so beautiful to me were the words I was speaking. You are everything I died for, your everything I desire. You are so beautiful to me. These were the words I felt God gave me as I prayed for the women attending the conference. In all actuality it is for every person on the planet. There are even songs written with some of these words.
I then read a writing I penned, Ashes No More.
I went on to tell the women that day, that God had come to rebuild the ancient ruins in their lives. He came to set the captives free. I gave them each a list of items that tear apart the heart. The list was extensive anywhere from abuse, divorce, to being gossiped about, trauma, betrayal, abortion, loss and the list was long filling two sides of the paper. As Christians we all go through stuff.
I went on to share about an abortion in my teenage years that was devastating to me later on in life.
At the end of the conference the team prayed for the people. A young woman walked up to me and gave me the drawing of a feather ink pen and a writing I Told You So…
What this beautiful girl didn’t know was that I took along the little white pouch carrying the letter I wrote my son on September 3, 2016 at the Healing Waters Conference. I always keep this in my China cabinet. That day I tucked it in behind the words I would share that morning.
Jeremiah…
I told you so… My special child… I told you so…
God would open doors for me to speak about the pain and trauma of abortion. Women will be set free. I miss you still. I miss you much. I know you are with Jesus, and I will see you again someday. Oh, Jeremiah how I love you! Lot’s of hearts.
P.S. Your the only child I have that likes to hear I told you so… Mom
