NBC News is reporting this morning of a tragedy unfolding in Oklahoma. The mother of convicted sex offender, Jesse McFadden (39), was to appear in a child sex abuse trial the same day McFadden was found dead with six other persons – including two missing teenagers – in the small town of Henryetta, Oklahoma.
Criminal records revealed that McFadden previously served nearly 17 years in prison for rape. The two missing teens, Ivy Webster (14) and Brittany Brewer (16) were last seen alive early on the morning of Monday, May 1, 2023.

My brothers and sisters, seven persons are now dead as a direct result of the actions of McFadden. First and foremost, let’s pray for the family members and friends suffering the pain of such a horrible loss. The love and compassion of the Jesus is desperately needed right now!
Once the investigation and police reports have been completed, let’s hope that law enforcement and governmental leaders in Oklahoma thoroughly review policies and procedures for sex offender registries and oversight, helping to prevent such needless and evil tragedies in the future.
Matthew 15:18-19 (NKJV)
“But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.”
