A poll from Gallup shows that an overwhelming majority of Americans oppose allowing men to compete on women’s sports teams. Results showed that 69% of Americans believe trans-identified athletes should be required to compete against athletes of their same sex. In contrast, 26% said they should be allowed to compete against the opposite sex, down from 34% in May 2021. Fifty-five percent of respondents said “changing one’s gender” is “morally wrong,” representing an increase from the 51% who responded similarly in 2021. Read more.
