For the first time in nearly 200 years, Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco, Calif., held Sunday services that featured drag performers speaking to audiences that included young children. The church thanked God for the “gift of drag queens” during the “Drag Queen Bible Story Hour,” which was hosted by LGBT advocate Rev. Jane Spahr and performers “Joann Fabrixxx” and “Flamy Grant.” Read more.
