Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God.
1 Peter 2:16
The fourth of July is a day that represents and commemorates the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident that we’ve been endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,’”
America was built on the foundation of biblical teachings and Many of our founding fathers and signers of the Declaration of Independence were followers of Christ.
This country was founded on Christian principles. Let’s never forget that and let’s walk in that freedom.
So, as we celebrate our freedom in this great country and enjoy our family and friends.
Maybe a BBQ, celebrate birthdays or shoot off fireworks, let’s not forget that we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave!
I believe it is a gift from God, so enjoy it!
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
2 Corinthians 3:17
As we celebrate our freedom on the 4th, remember that our real ‘freedom’ came at the expense of God’s own Son.
He freed us from the bondage of sin and death. That anyone who would believe in Him, would be FREE.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
John 3:16
Have a blessed, happy and safe Fourth. 🇺🇸🎆
Many Blessings,
