I put on the armor of God everyday day as I get ready to serve my Lord starting around 3am to 4am everyday. The Lord established FGGAM 11 years ago this coming August. We stand in the love of Jesus! We preach a Biblical Worldview. That will never change as long as I live. We will not compromise the Word of God in our preaching or news reporting. I love what Matthew West states about watering down the message of God: “You may be tempted to water down your message, so you can maybe reach more people or whatever. But, you know, at the end of the day, my faith in Christ is the most important part of my life and the driving force of my life.”
I boast in my Lord, not myself, for what God has and is doing here at FGGAM and in the lives of me and Sharon. Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:31
From ChurchLeaders:
Award-winning contemporary Christian musician Matthew West recently encouraged fellow Christians never to be ashamed of Jesus, no matter what opposition they may face.
On the red carpet of the 10th annual K-Love Fan Awards, ChurchLeaders had the opportunity to ask West about how Christians should react in a world filled with adversaries wanting to tear down and discourage followers of Jesus.
From Ayrian Yasar of Beautiful Christian Life:
Most everybody likes a good romance. And I’m not talking about a wishy-washy teen romance, but a good hearty love story where the characters have substance, face serious obstacles, mature, and come together in the end after much tribulation. Why is the love genre, or just a love story in a larger narrative, so captivating? Could it be because we were created to love, and we are longing to know and experience that perfect love that we so often only see shadows of? Story Here
What is The Church? I find that many people are confused or just do not know God’s purpose for the Church.
Got Questions states: Many people today understand the church as a building. This is not a biblical understanding of the church. The word “church” is a translation of the Greek word ekklesia, which is defined as “an assembly” or “called-out ones.” The root meaning of church is not that of a building, but of people. It is ironic that when you ask people what church they attend, they usually identify a building. Romans 16:5 says, “Greet the church that is in their house.” Paul refers to the church in their house—not a church building, but a body of believers. More Here
