I really am sick and tired of this hot weather in Albuquerque. It is very tiring. It is taking a toll on many. It is hard not only on us humans, but the birds and other wildlife. In New Mexico, temperatures are too high for birds to use their usual coping methods. It is so very dry here, it sprinkled a bit last night in Taylor ranch, but that is it. We go for our walk around 5:30am to stay away from the extreme heat. The swamp coolers are over worked! When will it end?
