Sadly, I have been writing stories like this for almost 20 years now here in Albuquerque. It is a spiritual problem. One of the greatest failures of the Church in New Mexico and all over America is not carrying out The Great Commission, it is just that simple. The Church is not baptizing enough people and helping them grow up to be mature Christians. Pastor Don Kimbro pointed this out to me about 6 years ago. Do you have children in your Church? Do you have a strong Children’s Sunday school? Are you seeing weekly baptisms in your Church? Does your Church evangelize in the streets of your community?
